All of our dash cams are covered by a 1-year limited warranty (Exception: 90 days for refurbished/clearance items). In the case of any malfunctions and defects, we would gladly provide you with a replacement unit.

1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper installation, water damage, and theft;
2. Any costs related to removing or reinstalling the product;
3. Any product that has been altered, defaced, or had the serial number removed;

90 day warranty is applicable to manufacturer defects, but not user-generated problems. Car accessories such as headlights, phone mounts, and air fresheners are final sale.

With dash cams that are out of warranty, because we are the designer and manufacturers unlike 99% of online vendors, we can offer repair services at a very reasonable low fee.

Shipping and Returns Policy

30-days Money-back Guarantee

At Kammu, all our products have a 30-day money-back guarantee! If you are unhappy with your unit, simply let us know and we will refund your money. Please note that your shipping fee will be deducted.

Please Note: We do not warranty or provide after-sales support for anyone who did not purchase their products from Kammu.com.

Unopened items can be refunded in full amount (Shipping fee will be deducted)

Opened items can still be returned/exchanged provided everything in the box is intact and in a like new / working condition,  otherwise 5% restocking fee may be charged depending on the quality of the unit. (Shipping fee will be deducted)

When returning items, please be sure to select a service that provides a tracking number.

Clearance items are final sale
